Antique Turquoise Diamond and Gold Bracelet/Pendant

An Antique 18 karat gold bracelet with turquoise and diamonds. The bracelet has 24 Old Mine-cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 1.50 carats, 50 rose-cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of .70 carat, and 15 turquoise cabochons. The 'offered' linking bracelet is detachable and the center panel becomes a pendant. Pictured in Understanding Jewellery, by David Bennett & Daniela Mascetti, Antique Collectors' Club, 1989, page 185, Plate 247.

"Spider" Tiffany Lamp

A Tiffany Studios New York "Spider" leaded glass and patinated bronze table lamp. A patinated bronze spider finial shade, its legs dividing its web into six panels with a funnel glass peaking through. Each panel is comprised of striated glass tiles that evoke the delicate threads of real spider's webs. The shade is integrated with a dark patinated bronze small "Tree Trunk" base. A similar lamp is pictured in: The Lamps of Tiffany, by Dr. Egon Neustadt, New York: The Fairfield Press, 1970, p. 73, plate 106. A simpilar base is pictured in Tiffany Lamps and Metalware, An Illustrated Reference to Over 2000 Models, by Alastair Duncan, p.108, plate #438.

Raymond Yard Art Deco Diamond Emerald and Platinum Watch/Brooch

An American Art Deco platinum and 18 karat gold lapel watch with diamonds and emeralds by Raymond Yard. The lapel watch has 272 round-cut, baguette, and half moon diamonds with an approximate total weight of 3.75 carats, 9 cabochon and carved emeralds with an approximate total weight of 3.60 carats. The watch is designed as a diamond- encrusted basket with carved emerald leaves hanging from a pavè diamond encrusted bar with baguette and round diamond threads. Movement by Patek Philippe. The earliest Yard watches were of these pendant designs. The crystal has been replaced. Pictured in Yard The Life and Magnificent Jewelry of Raymond C. "Spiders and Brambles" Cameo Glass Vase by Gabriel Argy-Rousseau

A French "Spiders and Brambles" cameo glass vase by Gabriel Argy-Rousseau. The vase features entwined pink, green, and brown bramble leaves. The mottled white glass ground is dominated by a bas relief white spider web, giving the visual effect of a floating gossamer on the vase. A spindly black spider sits in the center of the web. A similar vase is pictured in "G. Argy-Rousseau Glassware As Art", by Janine Bloch-Dermant, in the catalog raisonne section pg. 181, figure 20.05.

A French Art Nouveau wheel carved glass vide poche with elements of silver foil by Daum. The exterior of the vide poche has a red dragonfly floating over carved red and green leaves, with an orange background. The interior has one red and one green spider, each sitting in the middle of a carved web.
